First off, beyond A1 customer service. Seller is stellar, product is amazing. Got the bigger size toilety bag and it is awesome quality, great size and seems durable. Looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come, also plan on picking up the smaller toiletry bag for the essentials. The bigger is amazing for your backup stuff and bulkier bottles and things. 10/10!
